About the Role

You’ll be the bridge between our people and our business. As People Partner Associate, you’ll ensure every employee feels supported, guided, and growing in the right direction. You’ll conduct regular check-ins, track development, and help shape systems that make our teams stronger.

This role is designed as an HRBP-in-training — you’ll start with structured people operations work and gradually take on more strategic ownership over career paths, performance, and engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct monthly or bi-monthly 1-on-1s with employees to track progress, challenges, and goals.
• Maintain and update talent matrices (performance + promotion readiness).
• Support the design and rollout of career path frameworks and competency models across functions.
• Coordinate performance review cycles, feedback collection, and calibration discussions.
• Monitor retention metrics, analyze engagement signals, and flag potential risks early.
• Collaborate with leads to follow up on action items from 1-on-1s and reviews.
• Provide operational support to HR initiatives (onboarding, engagement events, surveys, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in HR, people operations, or organizational development.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; able to build trust with all levels.
• Organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing confidential information.
• Strong interest in employee development, culture, and performance management.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Bonus Points

• Experience in startups or fast-growing environments.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools (KantorKu) or performance tracking systems.
• Exposure to competency mapping or OKR systems.
