Pekerjaan yang dibutuhkan PT.Sayurbox:

As a Courier Operation Field Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of Last Mile Hubs of Sayurbox. Manage the lifecycle of the courier from attracting talents, onboarding, and evaluation, until offboarding of the courier by own (in-house) or managed by the logistics partners that have been selected. Manage day-to-day delivery operations, ensuring efficient coordination between in-house drivers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and ensure the implementation of SOP for both. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment to customers by managing driver performance, partner compliance, and real-time issue resolution to ensure a delivery customer experience to the customer.

Your area of responsibility:

Ensure the daily to weekly capacity of a hub by driver availability and the hub itself.
Ensure the daily, weekly, and monthly evaluation of hub(s) by monitoring and analyzing hub(s) performance and doing quick recoveries to ensure the performance is maintained by troubleshoot delivery delays, customer complaints, and order discrepancies in real time.Liaise with Customer Experience and Warehouse teams for coordinated resolutions. to deliver the best customer experience.
Build relationships with driver-partners to ensure good collaboration between Sayurbox.
Ensure the implementation of SOP in the hub(s) and last-mile operations proceed effectively and ensure all drivers and partners comply with Sayurbox’s SOPs, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
Maintain records of partner contracts, incident reports, and delivery logs.

Kualifikasi Pekerja yang dibutuhkan untuk PT.Sayurbox :

High school diploma/GED required.
A degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience in Logistics Management
Strong leadership
Have good networking with the courier community
Strong operations management skills (discipline, making sure operations run smoothly)
