Role Summary:

The Marketing (Brand Activation) role is responsible for creating impactful brand experiences through immersive campaigns, offline events, and strategic partnerships that drive consumer engagement and commercial impact. This position will lead the development and execution of activation strategies that connect online and offline touchpoints, strengthen brand loyalty, and expand market reach in alignment with MOP Beauty’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaigns & Activations
Create and execute campaign and activation concepts with clear and measurable KPIs.
Align campaigns with customer retention programs and loyalty benefits to drive long-term engagement.
Develop and oversee store concepting (in-store activations, VM, and experiential marketing).
Offline Events & Partnerships
Plan and organize 20+ immersive offline events annually in collaboration with strategic partners.
Build and manage partnership strategies with brands, ambassadors, and communities to expand MOP Beauty’s presence.
Ensure a minimum 50% uplift in e-commerce traffic driven directly from event activations.
Performance & ROI Management
Conduct post-event reviews to evaluate effectiveness, customer impact, and alignment with brand objectives.
Deliver detailed ROI and performance reports for all activations and partnerships.
Continuously optimize activation strategies based on data insights and consumer feedback.

Kualifikasi Pekerja yang dibutuhkan untuk PT.Mother of Pearl (MOP Beauty) :

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in brand activation, event marketing, or experiential marketing, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
Proven track record in developing and executing offline activations and partnerships that drive measurable results.
Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
Ability to analyze event performance, generate insights, and report ROI.
Creative mindset with a strong understanding of consumer engagement and brand experience.
