We are building products that shape the next generation of parenting in Indonesia, from books to animation to merchandise. We are looking for a Creative NPD Senior Lead to build distinctive, market-ready illustration systems that bring our products to life and differentiate us in a fast-moving market. This role matters now because we need scalable visual assets that speed up development while staying true to our brand identity.

What You’ll Own

• Visual Development Leadership: Lead the creation of innovative illustrations for books, merchandise, and animation that are distinctive, on-brand, and commercially effective.
• Scalable Systems: Build and maintain style guides, asset libraries, and workflows that enable rapid iteration and consistent execution across teams.
• Hands-On Excellence + Team Coaching: Deliver high-quality illustration work while guiding junior creatives and external vendors to raise the overall bar.
• Cross-Functional Impact: Partner with marketing, content, and product to ensure visual identity strengthens user engagement and product-market fit.
• External Partnerships: Manage illustrator and animation partners when needed, ensuring output meets quality and brand standards.

• Comprehensive illustration style guides and asset libraries actively used across departments.
