You are expected to be able to:

• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently exceeding expectations and contributing to the company's overall growth.

• Bachelor degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the headhunting or outsourcing industry.
• Proven experience in IT consulting sales, including solution selling and client relationship management.
• Advanced in interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent relationship management skill
• Experienced in organizing or managing events, including client gatherings, seminars, or networking activities being a plus.
• Ability to operate data analytics tools (Ms Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc)
• Minimum 6 months contract with the potential for extension
• Willing to work onsite in Tebet, South Jakara
