Our first product was Tepung Bumbu or coating mix, a first of its kind on the market at the time. With a focus on delivering quality products to the Indonesian retail consumer, we managed a fast and steady progress. In 1995, we moved our factory to an industrial area in Tangerang, in order to further grow our business. In 2006, we launched our Food Service division which allows KOBE to customize products for other players within the food industry. We enjoy the ability to offer tailor-made solution, both for industrial supply as well as to service outsourcing manufacturing needs. Our current industrial customers include a major multinational player within the food and retail industries. Various innovations in instant spice mixes and batter mixes have increased the presence of our brands in Indonesian households. With a strong concept and the highest product quality, KOBE products have become market leaders across categories. Our more recent success includes BonCabe, BonChili Spicy Chili Sprinkle and Selera Oyster Sauce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset data in SAP, including technical specifications, asset location, and operational status.
• Create and update SAP asset master data and preventive maintenance plans (using SAP PM module).
• Develop and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for engineering assets.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding asset management.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and procurement teams for asset planning, acquisition, decommissioning, or upgrades.
• Analyze asset performance, utilization, and lifecycle to support long-term asset management strategies.
• Support internal and external audits related to engineering asset inventory and documentation.
• Provide training and support to SAP users on asset management and plant maintenance functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in asset management, maintenance planning, or related roles in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in SAP, particularly the Plant Maintenance (PM) and Material Management (MM) modules.
• Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• High initiative, integrity, and strong documentation and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications (a plus):

• SAP certification or asset management certifications (e.g., ISO 55000, TPM, CMMS).
• Experience in digital transformation projects related to asset management.
• Previous work experience in FMCG, automotive, or large-scale manufacturing industries.
