About the Role

You’ll be the bridge between people and business — helping every team grow with clarity, accountability, and purpose. As HR Business Partner, your mission is to build the systems that shape performance, career progression, and long-term retention.


This is a role for someone who’s equal parts strategist and listener: you’ll connect business goals with individual growth, ensuring every employee knows where they’re heading and how to get there.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement career path frameworks and competency matrices for each function.
  • Conduct monthly or bi-monthly 1-on-1s with every staff member to review progress, unblock challenges, and set goals.
  • Maintain and analyze a talent matrix that combines performance data and promotion readiness.
  • Support retention and reward strategy, including bonus calibration and promotion reviews.
  • Partner with team leads to align performance standards with business outcomes.
  • Provide insights on talent health, engagement, and succession planning.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years experience in HRBP, performance management, or people development.
  • Strong understanding of competency mapping, OKRs, and organizational design.
  • Excellent communication and empathy — can hold structured yet honest 1-on-1s.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with data-driven people decisions.
  • Highly organized, discreet, and able to work across multiple teams.


Bonus Points

  • Experience in high-growth startups or tech companies.
  • Background in HR analytics or organizational psychology.
  • Familiarity with SaaS HRIS tools or internal talent dashboards.
