About the Role

You’ll work side by side with the CEO and leadership team on strategic projects that drive Dealls’ growth. This role is perfect for someone who’s curious, fast-learning, and eager to see how a high-growth startup operates from the inside. You’ll touch everything from strategy and operations to marketing and partnerships—no two days will look the same.

What You’ll Do

Support the CEO in daily operations, research, and special projects.
Conduct market and competitor analyses to support strategic decisions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for leadership meetings.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track OKRs and project timelines.
Assist in partnership outreach, event preparation, and internal communications.
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to existing workflows.

What We’re Looking For

Final-year student or fresh graduate from a top university (business, economics, management, or related fields).
Highly organized, analytical, and proactive.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
